SCOPE OF WORKS:
This is a specialist role at London Array to help investigate, coordinate, and manage a number of insurance claims, some dating back over 4 years. The role will require a detailed mind to collate the timeline of events from historical data, working with teams to help piece together information and provide engineering decisions on situations.
The role will work directly with the insurers and the site team; some claims have tight timescales and need to be prioritized accordingly.
The insurers will provide guidance and questions on what information is required, but an element of self-drive and completion will be required within the role.
DELIVERABLES:
* Manage various insurance claims and complete the relevant checklist for each project by:
- Identifying sources of information and obtaining the required data.
- Working with London Array and RWE teams to ensure they provide information and driving prioritization with those teams.
- Reviewing data to ensure its quality where possible.
- Self-managing and checking each claim prior to submission.
- Managing multiple cases at a time through various stages.
- Regularly presenting to the site management team the progress of these insurance claims.
- Presenting results to internal and external stakeholders (insurance brokers, claims consultants, and loss adjusters).
- Assisting wherever possible with the completion of tasks required in the investigation, such as Root Cause Analysis, Data Acquisition, and collating information.
