Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our comprehensive digital strategy and content creation efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing our entire digital presence, including our websites and CRM systems. This role involves close collaboration with external vendors to ensure synergy in our digital marketing efforts and overseeing their progress.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to increase our brand visibility and engagement across all platforms.
2. Design, manage, and update our websites to ensure they are user-friendly, up-to-date, and align with our brand identity.
3. Create and curate engaging content for our social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and any other relevant channels.
4. Collaborate with external vendors to align digital marketing strategies with broader business objectives and monitor their performance.
5. Set up and manage our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to improve customer engagement and retention.
6. Travel to various locations to capture photos and videos of our security personnel while on duty.
7. Professionally edit videos and multimedia content for various platforms.
8. Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
9. Regularly track and report on digital performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to improve results.
10. Participate in recruiting events and initiatives to attract top talent.
11. Project a positive image of our company digitally across every possible platform.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
2. Strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and content.
3. Excellent knowledge of website management, social media platforms, and their respective best practices.
4. Familiarity with CRM systems and experience in setting them up.
5. Strong copywriting and communication skills.
6. Ability to travel using company vehicles as required and a clean driving record.
7. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights.
8. Ability to analyze data and provide insights for continuous improvement.
9. Creative thinking with the ability to produce original ideas.
10. Experience in video editing and multimedia content creation.
11. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 44 per week
