Express Recruitment are delighted to represent a global ERP supplier who are looking for a Salesforce Architect to join their growing team of professionals on a permanent basis with the option of working hybrid or remotely (candidates will be required to visit Lincoln or London offices on occasions).
Successful candidates will lead architecture design for Salesforce CRM, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and conduct design review sessions. Their ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience working with the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud and CPQ experience being highly desirable), be confident with carrying out data migration and governance processes.
For the position of Salesforce Architect, they are offering a competitive salary of up to c£90,000 per annum D.O.E, with performance-based bonuses, and a generous benefits package including 38 days holiday yearly, sick pay, life insurance scheme, and more.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Lead architecture design for Salesforce CRM and CPQ implementations
2. Work closely with internal and external development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
3. Conduct regular design review sessions within projects
4. Contribute to and adopt architectural policies, patterns, and standards
5. Oversee data governance and management within Salesforce
6. Ensure data integrity and proper data flow across acquired businesses
7. Provide expertise on integrating Salesforce with various legacy systems
8. Establish architectural best practices and coding standards
9. Identify and align common processes and Salesforce solutions to optimize business operations
10. Provide technical mentorship to the Salesforce development and admin teams
Skills and Experience
1. Demonstrable experience with Salesforce platform, with Sales Cloud and CPQ experience being highly desirable
2. Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is highly advantageous
3. Salesforce certifications in System Architecture, Application Architecture, or CPQ Specialist desirable but not essential
4. Able to confidently carry out data migration and governance processes
5. Familiar with middleware tools for integrating, with Mulesoft experience being desirable
6. Proven ability to translate business needs into architectural documentation
