We are actively recruiting to expand our team and deliver current and future public sector Estates Intelligence contracts.
About the Role:
As a System Support Specialist, you will be working as part of our Systems Support Team across multiple contracts. Your primary responsibility will be to act as the initial point of contact for customers, supply chain, and internal teams for all queries relating to the system, business processes, reporting, and change requests. You will be required to log and triage queries, providing accurate feedback and information or escalating as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1st line support for system-related queries, escalating as required to 2nd line support teams.
* Log and triage queries, ensuring accurate feedback and information is provided to customers and stakeholders.
* Coordinate the Change Approvals Board, maintaining accurate updates to all parties regarding changes.
* Work collaboratively with development teams to resolve complex technical issues.
* Develop and maintain knowledge of system mechanics to provide effective support.
Requirements:
* Experience supporting bespoke business IT software packages.
* Experience using Support Team software, preferably JIRA Support Desk.
* Hold or have held a security clearance of CTC level or above.
* Strong skills using the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
* Experience of using multiple bespoke business IT systems.
* Experience creating, triaging, and managing support tickets to resolution or escalation.
