Duties of the Executive Assistant
* Providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the C-suite leadership team
* Supporting the PA and administrators within the business
* Supporting with the business growth strategy
* Scheduling and coordinating meetings, events, and appointments.
* Preparing and distributing documents, reports, and presentations.
* Managing and maintaining executive schedules.
* Handling travel arrangements and expense claims.
* Interacting with internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner.
