About this role
The Medical Workforce Officer is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support within the Medical Workforce department. This role includes the creation, management and renewal of contracts for medical staff, ensuring that all credentialing requirements are met and maintained in compliance with regulatory standards. The Medical Workforce Officer also oversees roster management and ensures all medical workforce operations align with the department’s policies and procedures. Additionally, this role involves liaising with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth workforce operations and maintain accurate records.
This position reports to the Senior Medical Workforce Officer.
