About the Role:
Teaching Personnel, in collaboration with our partner schools, is seeking dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistants to join our growing team. This role offers the unique opportunity to work with children and young people who have Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, helping them to navigate their educational journey and achieve their potential.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide tailored support to pupils with ASD and SEMH needs, helping them to engage with the curriculum and build self-confidence.
2. Assist in the delivery of individualised education plans (IEPs) and support strategies in collaboration with teachers and therapists.
3. Celebrate the "huge small victories" - from a pupil staying focused during a lesson to making progress in their personal development.
4. Contribute to a positive and inclusive school culture, where every student is encouraged to achieve their own ambitions.
5. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and understanding of SEND.
What We’re Looking For:
1. A ‘can do’ attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile to support pupils and colleagues.
2. Ideally, experience working in an educational setting.
3. A genuine passion for supporting children with special educational needs and the ability to make a meaningful impact on their lives.
4. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
