Key job responsibilities
As part of your role, you will have the opportunity to:
1. Process annotation & data analysis tasks with high efficiency and quality in a fast-paced environment.
2. Provide floor support to Operations manager in running day-to-day operations working closely with Data Associates.
3. Handle work prioritization and deliver based on business needs.
4. Track and report ops metrics and ensure delivery on all KPIs and SLAs.
5. Work closely with your team members and managers to drive process efficiencies and explore opportunities for automation.
6. Strive to enhance the productivity and effectiveness of the data generation and annotation processes.
7. Make judgment-based decisions keeping in mind the guidelines provided in the SOP.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Proficiency in both English and German (C1/C2 Level).
* Baccalaureate (High School Diploma or equivalent).
* Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with a keen eye for detail.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's degree in Science, Computer Science or German stream.
* German language certificates: DSD II, DaF.
* Cambridge certifications.
* Previous experience as AI trainers, knowledge of AI and NLP.
* Experience with Artificial Intelligence interaction, such as prompt generation and open AI's.
* Experience in content or editorial writing.
* Strong organizational skills to effectively manage tasks and projects.
* Proficient in analytical thinking and problem-solving.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and dynamic work environment.
