We've currently got a great opportunity in our Housing Team, based at our Riduna Park, Melton office as Tenancy Management Coordinator. You will play a crucial role in supporting the Housing Team to deliver outstanding service to our customers and create communities that people are proud to live in. You will provide essential administrative support, triage tenant queries, and take steps to understand their needs and circumstances. By making informed decisions and offering advice where possible, you will help reduce the demand on housing officers. When queries cannot be resolved, you will hand them off to the appropriate team, providing detailed information to ensure a quick resolution for the tenant. Your professional and empathetic communication will be key in responding to tenants promptly and maintaining detailed records of all interactions and actions taken. You will proactively maintain an understanding of housing management and support the vision of “Housing Made Simple,” ensuring compliance with laws, legislation, and Flagship’s policies and procedures. To excel in this role, you should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver complex and difficult messages to tenants in a simple and engaging way. You must be able to prioritize queries and tasks based on risk and manage changing priorities within the team. Your ability to draw out relevant facts to make informed decisions and communicate them clearly to tenants is essential. The required qualifications include being educated to GCSE or equivalent standard or having relevant experience in a similar role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to enhance your communication, administration, and customer service skills. You will build relationships both within and outside the business while expanding your knowledge of the housing sector and working in a regulated environment.
