Key Responsibilities: Act as an ambassador for the company, enhancing its market profile with partners and suppliers. Develop and manage strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within designated partner accounts. Promote the company’s range of products and services through existing partners, driving revenue growth. Support the new business team by scheduling warm introduction calls with prospective partners. Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast updates in Salesforce. Create and execute business plans with partners to maximize revenue and achieve monthly/annual targets. Collaborate with partners’ sales teams to ensure they fully understand and can effectively sell the company’s propositions. Assist partners with customer quotations and ensure contracts are finalized in line with company procedures. Stay informed of competitor and market activities, identifying potential competitive threats and taking proactive action. Facilitate customer scoping calls and product demonstrations to deliver tailored solutions. Key Skills & Experience: Strong sales background, ideally within the UCaaS or CCaaS industries. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth through partner channels. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with senior-level executives. Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
