Job Title: Audio Visual (AV) IT Support Engineer
Location: Onsite in Bath (5 days per week)
Contract Duration: Initial 2-3 months (with potential for extension)
Start Date: January 2025
Rate: £140-£150/day (Outside IR35)
We are seeking an experienced Audio Visual (AV) IT Support Engineer to join our educational client on an Outside IR35, contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about IT and AV support, ready to make an immediate impact in a dynamic academic environment.
Audio Visual (AV) IT Support Engineer Key Responsibilities:
✅ Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support across the organisation.
✅ Manage and maintain AV equipment such as projectors, screens, and audio systems.
✅ Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including phones, laptops, and printers.
✅ Collaborate closely with lecturers and academic staff to ensure smooth tech operations.
✅ Respond promptly to any additional IT support needs as required.
Audio Visual (AV) IT Support Engineer Working Hours:
📅 Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM
What We’re Looking For:
💻 Proven experience in IT support, particularly in AV environments within an Educational environment e.g School or University.
🎓 Previous experience supporting academic staff is highly desirable.
🔧 Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to resolving technical issues.
