Client Details Our client is a successful large organisation within the FMCG industry. Situated in Altrincham, they have consistently established their reputation for delivering high-quality consumer goods across the nation. Description Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment. Maintain up-to-date records in Hibob HR system. Assist in the recruitment process and onboarding of new staff. Participate in HR projects as required. Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries. Assist with maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records. Perform periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately. Provide clerical support to the HR department. Profile A successful 'HR Administrator' should have: A strong working knowledge of Hibob HR system. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. An ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and integrity. A proactive approach to work, with a team player mindset.
