Process Development: Improve administrative workflows and implement efficient business processes. Data Management: Accurately track and report purchase orders, service reports, and supplier invoices. Project Administration: Prepare and manage documentation, including quotations and compliance paperwork. Supplier & Client Coordination: Liaise with suppliers and clients to manage contract renewals, service reports, and sample tracking. Team Support: Cover the responsibilities of the Contracts Administrator and Service Coordinator during holidays or peak periods. Communication: Monitor and manage email inquiries to ensure timely responses and effective coordination. General Administration: Handle a variety of administrative duties to support business operations.Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an administrative role, ideally in a technical or industrial setting. Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), excellent organisational abilities, and attention to detail.
