An opportunity for a Sheet Metal Fabricator / Welder to join our client, a manufacturer of specialist products for various clients worldwide.
This role offers a 4-day working week - Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday, with an early finish on Friday.
Our client has a proven track record, having delivered a wide range of high-profile projects, and has recently secured another major contract. They are looking to add a Sheet Metal Fabricator/Welder on a permanent basis.

Skills & Experience:
* Weld and fabricate bespoke components using stainless steel, nickel alloys, and mild steel, with sheet metal gauges typically between 0.9mm and 6mm.
* Fabricate frameworks from mild steel rolled sections, stainless steel, hollow sections, and angle iron to a high standard.
* Read engineering drawings and produce end products with minimal supervision.
* Achieve high standards of finish and tolerance on bespoke fabricated products.
* Maintain problem logs related to issues with drawings and materials.
Duties:
* Welding and fabrication of bespoke products, including sheet metal, within a light to medium fabrication environment.
* Perform MIG, TIG, and spot welding.
* Work to fine tolerances.
* Maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
