We have aspirational plans to deliver over 60m over the next 3 years in improving customers homes and the estates in which we operate. To help us make informed decisions about where to invest, when to invest, and what to invest in, we need good quality, robust, and up-to-date data. This is where you come in this is an exciting opportunity to establish and maintain the highest levels of asset data expertise, accuracy standards, and reporting capability. We offer flexible working at Thirteen wherever possible, so whilst visits to head office in Middlesbrough will be needed around once or twice a month, the whole team work flexibly. You can even come into the office more frequently, if you d prefer to do so. You ll need to be comfortable commuting to head office, in line with team and business needs. Reporting to the Chris, Investment Planning Manager, you ll be responsible for strategic and tactical asset data management planning and implementation, including supporting with regulatory submissions. Ensure consistency and quality of processes and data collection methods. Seek and bring solutions in collaboration with colleagues within Investment Services, Housing, Repairs and Maintenance and Finance. About You: This is a data-led role, so it goes without saying that you can confidently work with complex data to tell stories and provide insights to support business decisions. Technical experience of monitoring and assuring consistency in data management and technical data related processes. Ideally, you ll be familiar with conducting exploratory analysis and predictive modelling. You ll use a variety of data sets and have a critical eye to correct any gaps and deliver data solutions. Fantastic IT skills and able to navigate a range of systems. You ll also be able to use Excel to an advanced level to analyse and model data Great prioritisation and organisation skills, with a solutions-orientated mindset. Why Thirteen Group?
