Technical Administrator - AberdeenJob DescriptionWe are currently looking for a self driven and enthusiastic Administrator / Technical Clerk to work with our Aberdeen Office based team to provide a wide variety of support ranging from Reception Duties to supporting the Accounts TeamThe role is expected to be 40 hours / full time, with a minimum of three days per week in Costain\\\'s Aberdeen office, typically Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday to provide direct support to the teamsThe Team Administrator will provide full administrative support to the Aberdeen Team and supporting services and contribute to the smooth running of the Aberdeen Office. Your responsibilities will be to coordinate and oversee administrative duties as well as the coordination of any Facilities based functions within the Office. This will include a wide range of activities including Reception Duties, managing office supplies, supporting the project teams, supporting the accounts team, etc. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key part in Costain\\\'s goal to energy transition on landmark projects. The role will require someone who is dynamic and responsive, with an ability to drive activities to successful conclusions.#LI-AW1Responsibilities Management of all SHE and Facilities Functions on site Support the onboarding of personnel to the projectSupporting projects with tasks to meet deadlines, being agile and supportive, such as document uploads, maintaining action trackers and similar, taking and issuing meeting minutes and similar. Support the wider Aberdeen Team with administrative duties on an ad hoc basis Monthly / weekly report collation, (including supporting Project Controls with Progress Reports and supporting Accounts with Invoicing and Cost Reports) Organise internal and external meetings including room bookings, refreshments etc IT, PPE and stationery ordering, management, and arranging collectionsCreation and formatting of Microsoft Office Presentations; Document Formatting, Templates. Meet and greet visitors, organise hotdesk bookings Management of Office AV and I.T equipment including new user set-ups Support of all Internal and External Audits associated with the Office Management of all desk and meeting room bookings. Organise travel and accommodation arrangements Additional Administrative support for Leadership team as required.
