We have an exciting opportunity for an Apprentice to join our Product team to support the product management team in creating, refining, and delivering features that enhance the guest experience on board, increase revenue, and complement the cruise itineraries. This is an exciting and varied role which will provide the opportunity for an Apprentice to develop expertise in product lifecycle management within the cruise industry. Under the mentorship of the Product Manager, the Apprentice will gain valuable experience in understanding guest needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and aligning product features with Fred Olsen's brand standards and business goals. As the Product Owner Apprentice, you will have the fantastic opportunity to learn and grow with a team of supportive individuals who are professionals and have a passion for the industry. This position is unique, allowing you to gain knowledge and experience within the travel industry, including exciting opportunities to go onboard our beautiful ships. We are keen to hear from enthusiastic and organised individuals who are keen to learn and have an interest in the travel/cruise industry. This is an Apprenticeship; the successful candidate will work towards the Business Administrator Level 3 qualification which has an estimated course duration of 18 months. This will be a work-based Apprenticeship, therefore there will be no requirement for a day release to college. You will have an allocated Assessor from an Apprenticeship training provider who will visit you in the workplace and provide 1-2-1 training, support, and guidance throughout the course.
