Regional Operations Manager – Dulux Decorator Centre
Field Based (Kent & East Sussex).

Job Purpose
You will use your store/operations management experience within a retail or trade merchant environment to oversee a regional team of up to of colleagues to deliver our annual financial, commercial and growth ambitions for a network of Dulux Decorator Centres in your region.
Job Responsibilities
• Implement our national business plan as well as develop a regional plan for your area.
• Encourage a Winning Culture mentality to inspire & deliver the engagement, talent / performance management & the critical skills required to deliver business goals.
• Implement & develop plans to deliver the critical practices/processes to unlock our brand experience.
• Establish the benchmark & expectations on Store Standards & presentation.
• Promote our Customer Management principles to ensure exceptional client service.
• Identify & respond to business/market trends.
• Maximise current performance.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop the behaviours & capabilities that drive an ambitious outcome mindset & strong performance.
Job Requirements
• Extensive store/operations management experience within a retail or trade merchant environment.
• Experience of direct customer contact (B2C & or B2B).
• Demonstrable track record of managing & inspiring teams to deliver required sales KPIs & hit ROS numbers.
