About the role
University of Staffordshire is looking for a Marketing Campaigns Officer (Postgraduate) to join the Marketing, Brand and Voice Department on a fixed term basis (6 months). The role will be responsible for handling marketing activity to support the recruitment of postgraduate students. This will include undergraduate to postgraduate progression as well as new marketing leads. The remit of the role covers campaign planning and optimisation, content, channel plans and collateral development. This is a new role and will be an exciting opportunity to take ownership of an important area related to the growth of University of Staffordshire.
The role will work collaboratively across Marketing and Recruitment teams and Academic Schools to identify opportunities, balancing innovation and systematic marketing techniques to drive impactful results. You will have access to CRM and CMS systems to manage content and marketing and will be responsible for monitoring engagement and optimising ongoing activity and planning.
What you’ll need to be successful in this role:
- Previous marketing and PR experience including creating and delivering marketing plans
- Demonstrable experience of briefing and optimising marketing assets for impactful campaigns
- An understanding of marketing opportunities related to University of Staffordshire’s postgraduate course offering and postgraduate student experience
- Demonstrable experience using CMS, CRM and other digital tools to coordinate and evaluate marketing content and engagement
- Strong data analysis and interpretation skills
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
