What You’ll Be Doing:
Daily support of the Data Privacy Team mailbox:
Supporting customers with DP enquiries
Supporting internal business teams with DP requests
Assisting DP team with business projects
Supporting the automation of DP processes on the client’s platform
First point of contact for Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) & Record of Processing Activities (RoPAs)
Attend & lead monthly business partner meetings
Attend monthly Data Governance Committee meetings
Experience You’ll Gain:
Ability to apply privacy laws in real time commercial situations
Working as an integral part of the business support team
Accredited Data Privacy qualification
Management of privacy initiatives
Qualifications and Experience You’ll Need:
Essential
~6 – 12 Months Data Privacy Experience
~ Microsoft Office skills
~ Excellent attention to detail
Desirable
Relevant DP qualifications
Exposure to OneTrust modules
Experience providing data privacy training and awareness
Ability to build on and improve existing DP processes
