This is full time role starting after February half term
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Maths Teacher to start in February 2025. You will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality lessons that cater to a range of abilities, ensuring all students are motivated to achieve their best. You will be teaching Key Stage 3 and 4.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons in line with the national curriculum.
* Assess, monitor, and report on student progress.
* Create a positive learning environment where students feel challenged yet supported.
* Work collaboratively with the Maths department and wider school team.
* Manage classroom behaviour in accordance with the school's behaviour policy.
* Contribute to the wider school community, including attending meetings and school events.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* Degree in Mathematics or a related subject.
* Experience teaching Maths at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage.
* Strong classroom management skills.
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
* Passion for teaching and commitment to student success.
