1. Develop and implement a communication plan to grow brand awareness and sales, adapting based on performance data.
2. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing plans align with commercial goals (sales/distribution).
3. Work with stakeholders to deliver marketing plans and incorporate feedback.
4. Manage all aspects of the brand, including promotions, range development, marketing communications, and print/digital campaigns.
5. Analyse marketing data (consumer, shopper research) to identify growth opportunities in brand penetration, distribution, and trial.
