We are looking for someone with 3 years' + experience within a similar role. You will have advanced Excel skills and be able to use V Lookups, Pivot tables, and formulas. You will be numerate as you will be working with numbers and spreadsheets every day and have excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Processing new contracts received
2. Buying foreign currency and allocating currency against supplier invoices
3. Adding contracts to the system/sending order confirmations to customers and suppliers
4. Planning production with the supplier
5. Liaising with the supplier and customers
6. Tracking orders of products from shipment to delivery
7. Sending regular updates to customers
8. Raising letters of credit for suppliers weekly
9. Tracking new products
10. Producing weekly stock reports
11. Updating Arrival V licence sheet & clearing bond action
12. Sending customer invoices
13. Stock forecasting
Person Specific:
1. 3-5 years + in a Supply Chain role
2. Must have excellent Excel skills, minimum intermediate but advanced preferred (will be working with formulas and linked spreadsheets daily)
3. Has high accuracy and attention to detail
4. Somebody with an analytical mindset and strong organisational and verbal and written communication skills
5. Has the ability to multitask effectively and enjoys working with numbers
6. Be competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint
7. Has a Driving licence
