Drylining Contracts Manager required in Suffolk
GVR Solutions are currently representing a subcontractor who specialise in Drylining projects across the Residential, Commercial, Education, and Healthcare sectors. They are looking for a Drylining Contracts Manager to help grow the business, liaise with clients, oversee projects, and recruit personnel.
As a Drylining Contracts Manager, you will be:
1. Overseeing and managing projects
2. Attending pre-start & progress meetings with Client and Contractor.
3. Regularly liaising with Quantity Surveyors, Designers, Site Managers, and production to ensure successful project delivery.
4. Providing relevant information for a successful project, including design information, survey information, budget, time frame, health and safety, procurement schedule, and RAMS.
5. Project reporting - risks, solutions, costs, time frames, and solutions.
6. Managing project accounts.
7. Managing and liaising with Installation teams to ensure labour is sourced correctly, working efficiently, adhering to time frames, and following health and safety rules.
8. Overseeing procurement and deliveries.
9. Meeting Clients & Contractors to discuss upcoming project requirements and products.
10. Ensuring compliance is implemented throughout the project.
11. Liaising with Design teams and internal management to ensure health & safety and Quality Standards.
12. Liaising with Clients and ensuring Client Satisfaction throughout the project.
The Drylining Contracts Manager must have/be:
1. A detailed knowledge of Drylining.
2. Previous Contract Managerial experience.
3. Proven leadership.
4. A proven track record of delivery.
5. Excellent oral and communication skills.
6. A stable employment history.
7. Strong attention to detail.
8. Organised.
9. Able to manage multiple projects.
