To ensure that all rooms are set to the exact requirements for events. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: To provide innovative, modern and flawless AV experiences to our clients and to ensure that such services are delivered to the highest standards in line with training and procedures To maintain and support the contract between Searcys and RCGP including other RCGP Contractors. Responsibility for all on site administration relating to AV requests Management of onsite Audio Visual Services, merging media and presentations as and when required. Identify the repair of any equipment onsite Responsibility for meeting room operation, upkeep and reporting on maintenance issues, repairs and cross hires. Support the management of the inventory of all AV assets, including all spares, cables, connectors, accessories and adapters. To inform the AV Manager of any shortages to be ordered To ensure that storage locations, front of house setups and controls rooms are left in a tidy condition at the end of each day. Adherence to all RCGP and Searcy's health & safety policies, inductions and working practises, regular 'walk through' of areas to identify areas of danger or possible potential H & S improvement. Ensuring all technical aspects of the venue are left in a safe place and tidy state for use during next event. To liaise and coordinate with other key stakeholders any operational details required for a successful and unified delivery of our services. To ensure daily handovers are submitted and to escalate any issues as they occur. COMPLIANCE To ensure that all government legislation, regulations and licensable activities are adhered to, including but not limited to The Food Safety Act, Health and Safety at Work Act, Bribery Act, Premises License, GDPR, COSHH. Ensure all company and client policies and procedures are adhered to, including, but not limited to, Food Safety, HACCP, Health Safety, Security, Emergency Procedures, Personal Expenses, GDPR, IT, Allergens and Purchasing. You must wear issued uniform and PPE always including protective shoes/boots during working hours Ensure all departmental and company risk assessments and operational practices are complied with To carry out any reasonable requests that are asked by senior management.
