A Membership Sales Manager opportunity has become available at one of their flagship health & fitness clubs near Wakefield, West Yorkshire and we are looking for a bright and ambitious sales professional to take on this pivotal post. The role: Recruit, coach, motivate and inspire a team of membership sales consultants to achieve their KPI's. Lead by example, contributing towards the overall membership sales target for the club. Take responsibility for the club's sales process, ensuring prospects receive exemplary customer experience. Analyse and interpret data from the prospect database and then implement strategies to improve the overall sales process. Complete sales management reports. Work with other departments to develop an in-reach strategy to increase sales and aid retention. The person. An outgoing organized professional with energy and drive in abundance. Can-do attitude who will lead by example. Experience of coaching and managing teams who have commercial K.P.I's to hit. Evidence of high performance in previous commercial roles.
