Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for a specialist Food Technology teacher to join an oversubscribed secondary academy for girls in Manchester.
This is a part-time temporary supply teaching role from January 2025 to April 2025.
The Job
Teacher of Food Technology
Thursdays 8.15am to 3pm
Delivery of food technology, nutrition and health, and catering with a focus on innovative practical lessons.
Experience of GCSE food is essential as the timetable is predominantly year 11 classes.
A good understanding of the Eduqas and WJEC Food GCSE is essential.
The academy is interested in hearing from Early Career Teachers, experienced QTS practitioners, and further education catering specialists with experience of teaching Food to students aged 11 to 16.
