About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is a sales expert with a positive attitude, who thrives on challenges and is driven by rewards. You should be a confident and determined individual, capable of excelling in a competitive environment. You must have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team, and be customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset. Excellent communication skills and a fantastic telephone manner are essential. Above all, you must be proactive in achieving targets and growing revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
* Secure new business opportunities
* Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis
* Provide exceptional customer service and address client needs effectively
* Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals
Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a B2B environment
* Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
Whats on offer:
* £27 - 30,000 starting base salary plus uncapped commission
* £50,000 OTE in year one moving up to £70,000 in year two.
