Job summary
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, motivated, forward thinking Band 4 Qualified Nursing Associates. You will work within the community nursing service, providing home-based care, led by Community Nurses. This service is part of the Integrated Community Care Division, who provide a multitude of services within Bolton. Experience of working within a community is not essential as the successful candidates will receive a full supportive induction when they join the Division and the team.

Qualifications
Essential
1. Registered Nursing Associate on the NMC Register with a Foundation Degree.
2. oGCSEs Grade C or above in Maths and English language/ New GCSE Grade 4-9 in Maths and English language OR Functional Skills level 2 in Maths and English or Equivalent ( not entry Level 2)
Experience

3. oExperience of working in teams under appropriate Supervision as part of a multidisciplinary team.
4. oExperience of providing and receiving complex sensitive information.
