Job summary We are seeking a detail orientated individual to fill the post of Clinical Administrator. The clinical administrator will play a key role in ensuring that all patient requests, reminders and reviews are completed on time. Main duties of the job Duties would include: - Administration of patients via a variety of processes and channels - Make phone calls to patients as and when required and in line with our processes - Perform data entry, manage and update System One (our patient database) - Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails - Co-ordinate patient lists to ensure patient reviews are completed on time - Action patient correspondence, tasks and requests, including requests from 3rd parties - Take minutes when required and update action plans, and co-ordinate tasks to ensure all work is done About us We are a busy practice with a list size of 17,000 patients.
