Who am I: I live at home with my parents, and I have a learning disability, epilepsy, and can display behaviours that communicate distress. I enjoy accessing the community and like to visit coffee shops and charity shops in Chelmsford, Basildon, and Colchester. I also enjoy swimming at Riverside Leisure Centre in Chelmsford, so I need someone who is comfortable getting into the swimming pool. I love my plants and enjoy visiting garden centres or shops like The Range and Poundland to buy pots and hanging baskets.
What do I need:
I require a patient Support Worker with excellent communication skills, where reassurance, continuity, and consistency are vital to my daily routines. I need someone who enjoys getting out and about and can swim.

Support Worker Requirements:
To apply for this role, you must have at least 6 months of care experience in the UK, supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities, Epilepsy, and Challenging Behaviour, and possess excellent communication skills.
