With 550 talented individuals across 7 offices, we’re recruiting an Event Executive to join our MA Healthcare team.
Our Event Executive role is a hybrid position, with three days in-office at our Herne Hill office. The starting salary is £25,000plus company benefits.

* Reporting to our Event Manager, this role is crucial in delivering our growing portfolio of events within MA Healthcare. As our Event Executive, you’ll ensure the smooth running of our events by supporting all departments, sales, marketing, content, logistics, and operations.

* Experience in the events or exhibitions industry or a degree in Event Management is desirable but a willingness to learn and being solutions focussed is what we are really looking for!
Main Responsibilities:
* Creating and managing event websites and keeping information up to date
* Pre-recording and editing videos for webinars
* Liaising with exhibitors and speakers, and collating information
* Coordinating with the design team and managing event materials
* Scheduling and managing emails to delegates, speakers, and exhibitors
* Organising travel and accommodation for stakeholders and team members
* Overseeing event-day activities (registration, delegate support, exhibition support)
* Supporting marketing, editorial, and sales teams
* Managing supplier relationships and handling invoices and contracts
* Providing ad hoc administrative support as needed
