If so, we have an opportunity for an International Office Support Manager to join our team at our Head Office (Basecamp).
As the International Office Support Manager, you will provide a first-class service and administrative support to the international Offices, ensuring all policy and procedural changes are communicated and supported. Building strong relationships with Country Managers and Office Managers, assisting in rolling out best practice across all offices.
The Impact you will have in this role is:
* International Director is supported with research and planning for new and existing markets
* Country Managers meetings are regularly attended
* Customer agreements and T&C's are negotiated and maintained
* Relationships and commercial agreements with distributors and commercial agents are proactively managed
* Budgets and forecasts for non-EU customers and distributors are prepared
* Daily activities are managed for customer orders, order input, communicating stock shortages & advising of new delivery dates.
* Customer complaints are recorded, and all issues are resolved to customers satisfaction. Trends are identified and action is taken to implement resolution.
* Office contact plan is managed, and all offices requirements are supported to the highest standards
* Logistics and carriers are worked with closely to ensure service levels are met and maintained.
* The International Retail Merch team are supported with store set up
* All employees have a meaningful and up to date Job description
* Ongoing consistent robust performance management is undertaken, through employee engagement, ADR's and 1-1 sessions.
* Attendance and performance are managed in line with company policy
* An up-to-date performance and development plan for all team members is prepared, maintained and managed The team is offering continuous service and that all holidays/absences are covered
* All daily business is completed on time in full. A high level of customer service is continually promoted
* Team development is managed on all areas required. Training schedules for all team members are completed and maintained
* Reinforce and act as an ambassador for the Regatta Company Values.
* A meaningful Personal Development Plan is maintained
* Steps are taken to constantly refresh understanding of best practice and knowledge of business performance
* Areas where the business is not meeting your requirements is constantly challenged and communicated with relevant parties.
* New entrants receive an appropriate induction, so they know exactly what is expected of them and are given the training and support required for them to do their job.
* The 1 month, 3 month and 6-month probation sign-off is effectively managed to ensure that only great people join the permanent team.
* Appropriate targets are set and monitored / efficiently and accuracy of work is managed to minimise errors.
* Issues are identified and regular end-to-end process reviews are undertaken to strip out / reduce unnecessary / non-value-added process.
* All processes are comprehensively documented and kept up to date
* All Country Managers are provided with updated price lists as agreed with the Merchandising teams
* Monthly, quarterly and annual KPI targets as agreed in the annual business planning process are delivered
* Weekly and monthly reports are produced / provided to ensure the team are meeting the flywheel metrics, specifically under Relentless Customer Focus
