What you will be doing
* To provide support for all Commercial Operation functions within the Telco division, assisting Sales teams, supporting Delivery Teams and Contractual service already in place, while assisting all teams in future work streams and support.
* To support Sales and other functional teams with the creation and publication of commercial proposals and quotations to maximise opportunities within the Telco division.
* To undertake order processing and invoicing and administer Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) and provide management reports which contribute to the overall operation of the commercial operations team.
* Maximise profitability through effective negotiation of price, rates and rebates to achieve savings for the customer (as applicable) and Ricoh.
* To maintain accurate sales forecast data to enable Telco management teams to effectively track sales against target
* To review, understand the requirements and administer the Work Packages, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records are maintained.
* To support with the collation of data for the creation for regular reports on work progress and performance, providing valuable insights to the team, along with project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
* Manage the administration of Clarizen and other systems and tools essential to the planning and execution of projects.
* Support the definition of small/medium project Business Cases, encompassing scope, goals, deliverables, costs, timescales, plans, dependencies, resource requirements and milestones.
* To deliver excellent customer service by fostering positive relationships and operating customer facing contracts and services in a professional manner, in accordance with stated processes and operational/commercial guidance, to ensure a positive experience of the Ricoh service and brand.

You will ideally have
* Experience of Project co-ordination/administration.
* Experience of coordinating small projects, or exposure to the end-to-end project lifecycle.
* Experience of working within a structured project management framework.
* Knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
* Excellent customer facing skills with experience of customer facing activity.
* Confident approach to customer management and developing key relationships within the customer as well as with partners and vendors.
* Excel skills combined with knowledge and experience of other Microsoft packages including Project, PowerPoint and Word.
* Strong communications skills, both written and verbal.
* Self-motivated and flexible with ability to work under pressure.
