Receptionist/Admin Cover Ad Hoc Basis
We are looking for a reliable and professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to cover our clients' front-of-house team occasionally at short notice. This role is ideal for someone with a flexible schedule who can step in when required, including for planned holiday cover and unexpected absences.

Planned Holiday Cover Dates:
1. 6 - 9 March
2. 30 March - 1 April
3. 5 - 6 July
Training: Full training provided
Responsibilities:
1. Greeting visitors and handling front desk enquiries
2. Answering and directing phone calls
3. Managing administrative tasks as required
4. Ensuring a professional and welcoming reception area
Requirements:
1. Excellent communication and customer service skills
2. Ability to work at short notice when required
3. Basic administrative and computer skills
4. Previous reception/admin experience is a plus but not essential
