If you are a Business Development professional with experience of working in Financial Services with Mortgage Brokers and Independent Financial Advisors this is a great opportunity to move to work for a business that has grown significantly in the past 3 years and is investing in its transformation, people and strategy.
How you'll make a difference:
As a BDM you will develop highly effective relationships with Intermediary firms, their brokers and key personnel. You'll achieve regional development KPI's across a range of qualitative and quantitative measures and deliver the sales performance objectives for each Intermediary firm.
The role will involve being out in the field the majority of the time meeting new and existing clients and the area you will cover will include the postcodes CM, CO, DA, IP, RM & SS. If you're interested, you would ideally live within this area to be able to fulfil the role as you will be field based and will need to travel in order to meet new and existing clients, however we are happy to consider an application if you live on the outskirts of these postcodes too.
What you'll bring to the role:
* Proven business to business (B2B) sales management experience within the UK mortgage market.
* Strong influencing, PowerPoint (presentations) and communication skills.
* A track record of building and maintaining close third-party relationships.
* Strong mortgage industry and distribution knowledge.
* Ability to work independently, from home and in the field with face to face broker meetings.
