This role is critical to ensuring the safety and compliance of all on-site activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the permit to work system, ensuring all permits are correctly issued, tracked, and closed out. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage the permit to work system, ensuring all permits are issued in compliance with company policies and safety regulations. Conduct regular audits and inspections of permits and associated work activities. Liaise with site management, contractors, and relevant stakeholders to ensure all permit requirements are understood and adhered to. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all permits issued and closed. Provide training and support to site personnel on the permit to work process. Ensure all safety procedures are followed and promote a culture of safety on site. Respond to and resolve any issues or conflicts related to the permit to work system promptly. Participate in site meetings and provide updates on permit to work activities.Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Safety Management, or a related field (preferred). Certification in Health, Safety, and Environmental Management or equivalent (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) is a plus. Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within [industry].
