We are looking for a proactive and experienced Customer Success Manager to join Bespoke XYZ, a leading Power Platform and Fabric specialist. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients achieve tangible success with our solutions, helping them drive growth through low-code applications, unified data analytics and intelligent automation. What You’ll Do
As a Customer Success Manager, you will:
Manage Client Relationships
* Own and deepen client relationships post-deployment, ensuring value delivery and long-term retention.
* Lead onboarding for new clients, shaping solutions that align with their unique goals.
* Conduct regular client check-ins to drive adoption, track usage, and address challenges.
Drive Growth and Expansion
* Develop strategic account plans to prioritise clients by growth potential.
* Identify and qualify opportunities, working with Delivery Leads where relevant.
* Directly sell customer success-led products, including support, licensing and training.
* Manage contract renewals and pricing conversations, mitigating churn risks proactively.
Collaborate and Lead
* Act as the voice of the customer, championing client needs internally.
* Work closely with Operations and Delivery to ensure seamless client experiences.
* Collaborate on new business pitches and support the onboarding of new clients .
Focus on Outcomes
* Use data and insights to align client strategies to business outcomes.
* Build business plans for key accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
* Ensure delivery against KPIs, showing clear value and progress to clients.
What You’ll Bring
* Previous experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role.
* Strong B2B experience, ideally in technology, SaaS, or professional services .
* Excellent stakeholder management, from end-users to senior leaders.
* Confidence in discussing commercials, pricing, and contract terms.
* Ability to translate technical solutions for non-technical stakeholders.
* High emotional intelligence and natural empathy for customer challenges .
