The Digital Transformation Officer will support the Digital transformation team. This Role Will Involve Taking and typing of minutes Organise meetings and workshops Diary management Administrative work such as completing spreadsheets or preparing documentation for meetings Updating the issues and risk log and supporting with other project documentation The successful candidate should be highly motivated, have relevant experience and evidence of involvement in implementing change and projects. Good organisation and communication skills are essential. The candidate must be willing and able to travel between all Trust sites. Role This role will support digital transformation work which is delivering change initiatives such as the EPR and Enabling Technology projects, which involves: Programme/project and department administration support. Administration support for digital delivery. Taking and typing of minutes, agendas and liaising with Chairpersons. Organise meetings and workshops. File and retrieve all programme and project documentation. Updating the issues and risk logs for projects. Stock ordering and ensuring delivery to correct teams.
