As we focus on growing our new car market share and increasing our stock of genuine approved used cars, we are looking for a visionary Centre Manager to drive us forward.
The Role
As Centre Manager, you will be at the forefront of our operations, responsible for:
1. Customer Experience: Ensuring a seamless and memorable journey for every customer, whether purchasing a new car, a genuine approved used vehicle, or accessing Aftersales services.
2. Team Coaching and Development: Inspiring and coaching your team to achieve their full potential, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
3. Aftersales Excellence: Leading and optimising our Aftersales processes to deliver high-quality service and maintain customer loyalty.
4. New Car Agency Model: Navigating the transition to the new car agency model, aligning our approach with evolving industry trends and manufacturer requirements.
5. Market Growth: Expanding our market share through strategic planning, business development, and a focus on new and approved used car sales.
6. Team Leadership: Inspiring, motivating and leading a skilled team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional results.
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Proven experience in Aftersales processes and an understanding of the new car agency model.
2. A passion for coaching and developing teams, with a track record of creating high-performing individuals and driving team success.

4. Commercial acumen and a strategic approach to growing market share and driving profitability.
