JOB TITLE: REGISTERED MANAGER LOCATION: GLOUCESTER SALARY: C£35K PER ANNUM – NEGOTIABLE DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE HOURS: FULL TIME PERMANENT – 37.5 HOURS / WEEK We are delighted to be working with a dynamic and innovative Care Provider in their search for a Registered Care Home Manager for a small Learning Disabilities residential home in Gloucester. Job requirements: Provide Leadership for the care & overall responsibility for the Residential Care Home Oversee the development and delivery of high quality care to the residents Ensure service operations meet CQC requirements and standards Develop, implement, and review individual care plans tailored to meet the needs of each resident. Foster a positive working environment that encourages teamwork and professional development among staff. Lead all administrative & people management functions including catering, housekeeping and maintenance Marketing & promoting the Service Maintain professional skills through continuous training Skills / Qualifications NVQ Level 4 in Health & Social Care Previous Home Management experience Learning Disabilities sector background preferred Sound knowledge of CQC & Care Standards Ability to lead, motivate & develop staff If you are passionate about providing exceptional care and are have the leadership qualities necessary for this role, we invite you to apply for the position of Registered Manager
