Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for skilled Electro-Mechanical Engineers to work on-site at our client's facility in Runcorn.
* £34,000 plus a 15% shift allowance (6-2, 2-10 weekly rotation)

We are auto-enrolling all employees into our pension scheme, with a company contribution of 6% for the first two years, increasing to 8% thereafter. Employee contributions start at 4.5%.
Key Responsibilities
To ensure maximum customer satisfaction through optimal machinery performance, we need engineers to install, service, and maintain our products at customer sites as instructed by Service Control or NSM.
Service and Maintenance
Our engineers will be responsible for servicing and maintaining our products at customer sites, adhering to agreed time schedules, using approved spare parts, manuals, and instructions.
Health and Safety
All staff must comply with our Company Health and Safety Policy.
ISO Procedures
Operations Support
To provide continuity with customers, service requirements, and communications with Management, our engineers will maintain regular contact with customers and provide appropriate cover when the National Service Manager is unavailable.
Engineering Support
Our engineers will provide verbal technical advice and direct support to Team Members and customer Operators to assist them in fulfilling their tasks.
Team Development
Engineers will assist the National Service Manager in developing other team members.
CUSTOMER CONTACT
Maintain courteous and helpful contact with customers.
Feedback
Engineers must maintain regular contact with Service Control to ensure optimum call response and generate high levels of customer satisfaction.
Documentation
All relevant documentation and reports must be completed and submitted as required by management or Service Control, including time sheets, expenses, and SROs.
Communication
Engineers must maintain good communications with the Sales team, support colleagues, and other engineers.
Orderliness
Staff must keep company property secure and in good condition, including tools, parts, and other property.
Finance
Engineers are responsible for controlling all costs personally incurred.
Required Skills and Experience
* Ability to perform electro/mechanical fault diagnosis
* Ability to repair/replace mechanical assemblies and electrical components
* Use of Oscilloscope, hand tools, and Multimeters
* 2 years' experience working on Electro-Mechanical Machinery in a Production environment
* Self-motivation
* Ability to work effectively within a team
* Ability to work under pressure
* Decisiveness
* HNC Level or Equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
