We are looking for 2 Team Leaders to supervise our Purchase to Pay and Accounts Receivables staff, to be based in the one of the Council’s anchor offices. This is to be agreed with the successful candidates. Following Local Government Reorganisation this has been delivered as a shared service but is now being disaggregated with a mixture of new and existing staff serving Westmorland and Furness Council. Purchase to Pay and Accounts Receivable are part of the Council’s Financial Services team, so you’ll be joining our friendly, welcoming and supportive team. There is an expectation that the post-holder will work from the office for a minimum of 4 days per week. Who we are looking for… You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities so will need to be an experienced team worker with management or supervisory skills. You should have NVQ Level 4 or 3 with equivalent knowledge or experience in a similar environment. An excellent team-player, you’ll be responsible for managing and motivating staff ensuring excellent customer service is provided.
