Position:
As Assistant Coordinator you will be in a client facing role working alongside a team of clinical colleagues to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the centre.
Your main areas of responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:
* Manage the daily operations and administrative tasks of the assessment centre, coordinating with clinical and non-clinical staff.
* Regularly liaising with clinical and non-clinical colleagues at various UK locations.
* Managing client appointments, meeting and greeting people politely and recording attendance on our bespoke databases.
* Document attendance to spreadsheets using EXCEL.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have customer service/reception experience and be confident in dealing with the general public in difficult situations. Experience of working in a clinical environment would be an advantage, but training will be provided.
Skills and Abilities:
* Ability to communicate effectively with customers and provide excellent customer service.
* Must be proficient in Microsoft applications.
* Having experience in a clinical environment is preferred.
* Strong understanding of GDPR compliance.
Salary: £15,238.08 (Pro-rated for 24 hrs)
Location: Colchester
Permanent: Part time
Hours: 24 hours (3-days) per week Monday - Friday (08.15 - 16.45) 30 mins lunch break

Upon completion of probation, the successful candidate will also be eligible for the company bonus scheme, allowing them to earn up to 10% of annual salary based on company and individual performance.
