Position Details:
Salary: Starting from £26,257 (pro rata) on Grade C, based on qualifications and experience
Hours: Full and part-time opportunities available
Contract: Permanent and fixed-term vacancies available
About the Role:
As key members of the Education Support team on either our Streatham or St Luke’s campuses, you'll be part of a Hub Team, contributing to the vibrant learning environment at the University of Exeter. These roles offer a unique opportunity to grow as an administration and customer services professional.
Responsibilities:
Provide advice, guidance, and administrative support to students and staff.
Collaborate within a cross-Faculty team to support undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
Flexibility to work across various service areas and Information Point locations within the University.
About You:
We are looking for dynamic and committed individuals with:
Strong desire to build a career in administration and customer services.
Experience working independently and as part of a team.
Excellent customer service skills.
Adaptability in a culture of change and growth.

These roles form a vital part of our support services, including delivering a face-to-face service for students and staff, as such, you will be expected to work from campus for a minimum of two days per week, as well as for up to four days per week whilst training is completed.
Please also note that as busy roles with peaks in workload at specific points in the academic cycle, there may be periods in June, September, and October when leave may be restricted.
