About the Role: Acting as a first point of contact for client queries, resolving or escalating as needed Opening and closing files, ensuring compliance and accurate documentation Managing and maintaining case files Processing conflict searches and assisting with client data management Producing and formatting legal documents in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Coordinating diary management, room bookings, and travel arrangements Assisting with billing, expense claims, and financial administration Providing general administrative support About You: Previous office-based administration experience, ideally in a legal or professional services environment Strong IT skills, including experience with document and case management systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent communication skills with a professional and client-focused approach Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting High level of attention to detail and accuracy A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to learn new systems and processes If you are an organised, detail-oriented, and motivated individual looking for a rewarding legal administration role, we would love to hear from you
