Your team: The Studio teams include creative leads, art directors, project managers, video producers, picture
editors, sub-editors and sales delivering the best blend of editorial, branding, social sharing and interactive content. Our wide range of editorial expertise and diverse skill sets allow us to find and create the most compelling stories.
The Studio / Creative Co-ordinator is an internal facing role, that helps the Heads of Creative Direction and
the Director of Studio in the efficient running of the creative studio.
Your role: responsible for supporting and managing internal workflows, processes, and day to day
administrative support of the Creative Directors and the creative teams ensuring the smooth
running of the creative department allowing the Creative teams to deliver branded content
campaigns for our clients on time, on budget and to a high creative standard.
Day to day you will:
● Allocate and log resource across pitch and live supporting the CD’s to ensure all work is
Registered
● Assist CDs with Smartsheet monitoring to ensure all CLs have even spread of work on both
pitch and live
● Produce reports where required on wins/losses of briefs
● Arrange and co-ordinate training for CLs, design/VP where required
● Weekly liaison with CD’s to manage workflow of creative team
What we’re looking for from you:
● Fully versed in production and creative /editorial workflows and processes
● Strong knowledge of Smart Sheets / Excel or other spreadsheets and workflow
management systems including Slack, Salesforce and Google Docs
● Delivery of campaigns to deadlines and on budget
● Effectiveness of Studio processes and performance/workflow management
