This firm is looking to bolster their dynamic and rapidly growing residential property team with an experienced lawyer, eager to support and assist management of the team with strong technical skill and opportunities for business development.
• Successful applicants must have a proven ability to meet the demands of high value conveyancing and possess strong experience handling all aspects of residential real estate work with minimal supervision.
• The work involves developing relationships with high end property finders and estate agents, as well as opportunities for diversification.
• You will be responsible for daily management of team members across all levels, including recruitment, performance management, staff absences and holidays, team finances and compliance, as well as ensuring the team feel motivated to achieve their best performance.
• The role will suit candidates with a significant following and market presence, to assist with growing the practice within the local market.
