We are looking for a credit controller to join our office accounts team. Your main role would be responsibility for timely payment from our credit customers and maintaining good relationships with them.
This would include:
1. Analysis and credit checks of new account customers.
2. Working with our credit customers and hire depots to resolve queries and disputes.
3. Contacting customers via phone and email to resolve any payment issues or outstanding invoices.
4. Posting invoices and credits when needed.
5. Working with depot managers to escalate issues as needed.
6. Keeping a good monthly routine of sending statements and payment reminders.
We need someone who has the ability to stick to deadlines and work under pressure. Must have excellent communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail. Be able to work independently as well as part of the team.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Must have experience in a similar role.
2. Experience with Sage and Excel essential.
3. AAT qualifications desirable but not essential.
Salary: £13.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.15 - 4.15
