My client in Staffordshire is looking to appoint talented HR BP for Transformation / Restructure on a Contract basis.
This role will assist the Head of Workforce to deliver a restructure and transformation for a Local Authority / Council.
About the role:
Based in Staffordshire (Hybrid - 3 days on site expected):
1. Lead on transformation and restructure objectives, including (but not limited to):
* Workforce planning
* Job evaluation
* Talent mapping
* Succession planning
1. Assist with change management objectives, helping to provide a new way of working.
2. Engage with senior stakeholders to understand and deliver organisational development and transformation.
3. Align all transformation and restructure objectives with the Council's target costs / medium term financial strategy.
About you:
You will have the following experiences:
* Extensive experience in Transformation and restructure in a Local Authority
* CIPD is essential
* Very strong skills and experience in change management.
* Exceptional skills in workforce development.
What's on offer:
* Salary: £600-£700+ per day, inside IR35*negotiable based on experience
* Hybrid working
* Contract type: Contract
* Hours: 09:00 -17:00 Monday to Friday
